Weather the storm, well, that's what I am doing right now.  Suffering from a back spasm that has me on medication and ice.  I am weather this storm of my body telling me that I have over done it.  But, as this Storm Trooper stand in crashing waves, rain pelting down on his body, he will stand strong and will keep going.  That's my message for all and something, that I will remind myself.

As school finishes up and our kids will receive their grades, we have to remind them "Don't lose your head over a bad grade". It's not worth the worry, the tears and anxiety. We love our children and we always need to show them that great grades doesn't equal happiness.

Sweetness Framing Beauty

It's it fun to view the world through a child's eyes.  Everything seems so big, so amazing.  At what point as we age, do things like flowers, a bird chirping, freshly mowed grass become just noise.  We  get preoccupied with our daily life that we stop appreciating all the different sensory enjoyments of the world.  Let's be this child's hands framing this one flower.  Take the time to look at the beauty, the details of the petals and then zoom out to take in your surroundings.  It truly is a beautiful world, lets have fun in it.

Life is one many big, starts and stops. You have plan and you believe it's a sound one, then all of a sudden.  STOP!  Your plan needs to change and you have to come up with something different.  It's just hope that you can do it with grace and make the best of the new outlook you need to have. 

A Day Not Forgotten

This was taken in Jupiter, Florida. It was a time when all I had time to do was snap a quick picture.  No playing with the dials and controls, just click and run after the children. But, I do remember the warm sea breeze and the feeling of peace and relaxation.

In this quiet forest there is this Mama mushroom hovering over her baby mushroom. Whether it’s water from the rains, rays from the sun, dropping acorns from the trees.

This Mama mushroom will stand by her babe and shield her from the wild life. As all Mothers of the world, we wear our heart on our sleeve for all to see.
